Boswellia has been proven to be effective against the joint pains. It blocks an enzyme that plays a major role by stimulating and perpetuating the inflammation. Boswellia along with Turmeric, Ashwagandha and zinc decreases the joint pain. It also helps in increasing the strength and mobility of the individual.

Turmeric:

Turmeric,a spice commonly used in East and South Asian cooking has medicinal properties as well. It used orally in traditional Ayurvedic medicines for a variety of ailments. 2. Wear warm clothes when you go outside.
